If you have a lost or damaged Library or Text book, please make a payment for the replacement cost. You can do this by entering the amount owed in the box labeled OTHER, then Adding to Cart, next fill out the form provided with:
Student ID number
Student Name
Book Title (please include ALL titles that apply)
Your contribution will directly support the replacement of instructional materials for lost or damaged books.
